The building offers lifts for every level so no need for climbing stairs and with our current load shedding situation 3 off those lifts will still be in working order.

Important to note that the levies include the following:
• 2 meals daily, lunch and supper, security, water, electricity, building insurance and maintenance as well as the use of other facilities.
• The units are cleaned once a week. Laundry facilities are available on the first floor.
• A tenant or owner of a unit will receive a food rebate of R1646.10 if the unit is unoccupied/vacant for a full 30 consecutive days.
• You receive 12 days free in Frail Care per year. (These days are not carried over to the following year)
• For room service you receive 12 free days per year, thereafter you receive R5.00 per service. (These days are not carried over to the following year)
• The combi takes residents to the shopping centres and is available for use of the residents. A small fee is charged.
