October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, however, it is not just a campaign, it's a deeply personal journey for many.
Every community has stories of strength, resilience, and courage in the face of breast cancer. We are pledging a portion of our commission towards the fight against breast cancer in the month of October.
Behind every statistic is a real person- a sister, a mother, a friend- navigating the challenging terrain of a breast cancer diagnosis. "We Care" embodies the empathy that fuels action, encouraging us to go beyond the pink ribbons and into the lives of those affected.
While the pink ribbon symbolises unity, "We Care" goes beyond symbols. We are privileged enough to have had an opportunity this past Friday the 13th to spread the word that we will be pledging 0.5% of the commission earned in the month of October to the I Love Boobies Foundation in Tygervalley Cape Town.
Get checked sooner rather than later, early detection could save a life and we encourage everyone to get checked by your nearest centre or to reach out to one of the many organisations for more information.
For those who have lost loved ones to breast cancer, may we remember and honour their lives. "We Care" is a dedication to turning pain into purpose, advocating for research, and working towards a future where fewer families experience the heartache of loss.
