Even though we are facing the uncertainties of the continued COVID-19 pandemic within South Africa, Realtors wants to assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation and constantly adapting our operations to ensure the health and safety of our employees, partners and clients whilst ensuring business continuity.
We have received news that the Deeds Office will not be opening on 4 May, as initially hoped. However, the opening thereof is imminent. As you are a client with a pending transaction, we appreciate your predicament and the potential effects this may have had on your planned transaction. The Deeds Office will make arrangements and we will communicate updates to you as we are informed.
