Realtors Group was founded in 1996 in Durbanville by Manja Kritzinger. Her aim was to offer every client an individually orientated service, focusing on their specific needs and ensuring their expectations were met. By doing this she quickly established the brand as one of excellence and the agency swiftly expanded with the addition of more agents, and the frequent referrals from her growing loyal client base.
André Kritzinger joined Realtors Group in 2012 bringing next generation technology, innovative systems and a focussed approach to efficient service delivery with him.
In 2020 Realtors Group took the next leap by expanding further into the Northern suburbs and opening two further branches in Welgemoed and Soneike. With this move two of the existing top Durbanville agents became part of the directorship. Between Manja Kritzinger, André Kritzinger, Charlene Serfontein and Rumé Weeks they have a combined industry knowledge covering 56 years. The four of them have managed to stay ahead of the ever-changing property market offering their team constant support, training and opportunities whilst maintaining the strong family values this agency was founded on.
